Abstract

The current research aims to identify the problems that hinder the production process in the company under study, and one of the most important problems that it faces is the plash and loss of available resources, whether in raw materials or in the time needed to complete the production process. Therefore, the light will be highlighted in this research on strategic renewal and benefiting. Among its advantages, perhaps the most important of which is eliminating plash in production processes and reducing production costs, achieving survival and continuity in light of the intense competition it faces, achieving development and thus achieving customer service for the company. Al-Karwanchi Soft Drinks Company in Kirkuk was chosen as a research community, using the descriptive analytical approach to study the research hypotheses were tested through a group of statistical methods and using the statistical analysis program SPSS. The questionnaire form was adopted as the main tool for collecting data and information about the research sample, which is represented by managers, administrators and workers in the company. The research reached a set of conclusions, and in light of the conclusions that were reached, the researcher presents a set of Recommendations that are consistent with those conclusions
